Transformation Thursday!

Well it is that time again!!!  Friday I went to have bloodwork done at my doctor's office.  My blood pressure was a little high but it wasn't too bad 126/86 so that was one worry down.  I hate needles but I did ok with having my blood drawn.  Luckily the nurse that does it went to church with me for years so we got to catch up and made me not so nervous.  Funny thing though, when I was filling out the questionnaire for the doctor and it got to the part about how much alcohol you drink a week I was having a hard time putting something down.  So I lied...I said 3-4 glasses of wine a week when who and I kidding 4 glasses is a bottle and I can handle that like a champ.  Especially if I am with my bestie, Danielle.  I get my blood results back in my month follow up unless they find something alarming or wrong with my thyroid.  I haven't gotten a call yet so fingers crossed everything is ok!

Ok enough rambling.

Weighing in at 245 today :)
Stat Time

Pounds Lost - 1 pound from last week :) I at first was a little disappointed then I thought that is still a pound down :) and since I started 3 weeks ago I have made some huge moves.

Emotion - Still happy and now even more motivated.

Favorite Meal - This week I will have to say it is my Kashi Autumn Wheat cereal and strawberries with fat free milk.  I have it every morning and love it!

Water Count - I am probably averaging 224 ounces a day.  And I can tell I am drinking more water because I feel like going to the bathroom constantly.

Workout - Well I did actually start walking this week.  I have been taking Pepper for a short walk in the morning and at night.  I also walked with Danielle yesterday at the track near her house.  We got a good mile in before this crazy storm.

I hope everyone has a happy Thursday!  :)

Hugs, Kisses and Glitter :)
